We are opening a brand new Synsam store in beautiful Ekerö – at Destination Ekerö! We are looking for someone who wants to be part of an exciting journey: to build a new store from the ground up with a completely new team. 🚀

Your role as Style & Customer AdvisorThis is not just a job – it’s a chance to be involved from the start and create something great. For us, it’s clear: it’s the team that makes the difference. For us at Synsam, the customer is always number 1. As a Style & Customer Advisor, you have one of our absolutely most important roles in creating the best experience for our customers.

• Meet every customer with warmth and engagement – and help, inspire, and guide them to the right choice based on style, needs, and lifestyle

• Create a store atmosphere that makes customers want to return, through world-class service and a truly delightful customer experience

• Actively work towards clear goals and take responsibility for driving sales together with the team.

• Present our products and our popular subscription service Lifestyle – always starting from the customer’s needs and guiding them to the best solution

The best part? You get to do it together with a completely new team consisting of a store manager, optician, and other salespeople – and together you will build both the store, the culture, and the energy from day one. The store is open Monday to Saturday. The position is 75% where you will work on a varied schedule.

We are looking for both those who already have experience in our industry and those who are curious to learn. If you do not have experience in optics, that’s not a problem – we offer training and internal introduction so that you have the right conditions to succeed in the role. The most important thing for us is that you have experience in service, enjoy meeting people, and like advising, selling, and helping the customer make the right choice.
